In our sessions, we untangle that cycle together. Through nutrition and stress regulation techniques, I help you build eating habits that last and support your body - especially in the harder moments.

🌱 Nutrition Coaching (50 min) - first consultation
We look at the full picture together - not just what you eat and when, but how you sleep, how you move, how stress shows up in your body, and what's going on emotionally. I ask questions and listen to you, mapping out what's actually driving your patterns. We close with 2 or 3 concrete, realistic goals for the coming weeks , tailored to where you are right now.
📄 After the consultation, you receive a personalized PDF summary with your goals, the patterns we identified, and your practical next steps for the coming weeks. Additional materials - stress regulation tools, breathing techniques, neuronutrition guides - are shared as relevant to your situation.
✨ Complete Nutrition Coaching (3 months)
Most nutrition advice fails not because it's wrong, but because it ignores the person following it.
I work with the full picture: what you eat, but also why you eat it, how your body holds stress, and what your nervous system needs to feel safe enough to change. A meal plan alone won't touch emotional eating, chronic stress, or the exhaustion that makes every good intention collapse by Thursday. This is why my approach combines nutrition with somatic and psychosomatic tools, so we work on the habits and the patterns underneath them, at the same time.

My journey into nutrition and mental well-being began during my studies in Applied Psychology at the Jagiellonian University, where I first became fascinated by the connection between diet and psychological health. This curiosity deepened through my specialisation in Psychosomatics and Somatopsychology at SWPS University, where I explored how the body and mind continuously shape each other.
To bridge the science with practice, I completed a nutrition coaching certification at École Nutrition Sport et Santé, trained by Dr. Yann Rougier, physician and expert in nutrition and neurobiology.
Today, I work at the intersection of nutrition, stress, and nervous system regulation - helping people understand how what they eat shapes how they feel, and how stress reduction methods can help them support their healthy eating habits.
