The session with me usually lasts 1,5 - 2  hours, as we move straight into solving the problem rather than just getting acquainted.

1. The session consists of 2 parts. The 1st part is conversational , where we go through the theoretical side of the issue and talk it through. The 2d part is where we move directly into hypnosis .

2. Before hypnosis, I explain in detail what it is and exactly what we will be doing.

3. After the session, we take a few minutes to discuss the experience you have just had.

That is why the session lasts between 1.5 - 2 hours
