Vous reprenez de la distance.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\" data-start=\"2828\" data-end=\"2854\">2. Faire un geste qui cr\u00e9e une coupure mentale<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\" data-start=\"3664\" data-end=\"3733\">En sophrologie, on appelle \u00e7a un <strong data-start=\"3697\" data-end=\"3715\">\u201cgeste-signal\u201d<\/strong>.
