Les hommes sont autant touch\u00e9s que les femmes, contrairement \u00e0 ce que l\u2019on pourrait croire.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>C\u2019est quoi le burn out parental ?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">La <\/span><b>fatigue, voire<\/b> <b>l\u2019\u00e9puisement, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">appara\u00eet souvent comme premier sympt\u00f4me. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Le parent se dit au\u201d bout du rouleau\u201d et dort tr\u00e8s mal.
