Mais si nous entendons beaucoup parler de traitements hormonaux (<strong>m\u00e9nopause artificielle, pilule&#8230;<\/strong>) afin de permettre aux femmes d\u2019am\u00e9liorer leurs quotidiens, nous entendons tr\u00e8s rarement parler <strong>des bienfaits d\u2019une activit\u00e9 physique sur l\u2019endom\u00e9triose !\u00a0<\/strong>Et pourtant, gr\u00e2ce au<strong> sport, nous pouvons<\/strong>\u00a0nettement <strong>am\u00e9liorer<\/strong> le quotidien de ces femmes\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>J\u2019en fais moi-m\u00eame partie. <strong>Je suis une endogirl<\/strong>. Elle touche le plus souvent <strong>le vagin<\/strong>, les <strong>ligaments ut\u00e9rosacr\u00e9s<\/strong>, les <strong>ovaires<\/strong>, la <strong>vessie<\/strong> et le <strong>rectum<\/strong>.
