Il peut \u00eatre vu comme une grande biblioth\u00e8que ou un ordinateur qui <\/span><strong><span class=\"s1\">contient des programmes, des m\u00e9canismes, des informations, des m\u00e9moires<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>enregistr\u00e9s depuis avant la naissance.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Par exemple :<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">\u2013 Les programmes plut\u00f4t utiles comme manger, marcher, faire du v\u00e9lo, conduire, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">\u2013 Les informations sur les \u00e9v\u00e9nements boulversants, les traumatismes, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">\u2013 <strong>Les m\u00e9canismes li\u00e9s aux TCA<\/strong>, aux phobies, aux d\u00e9pendances, etc. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">\u2013 Les blocages li\u00e9s \u00e0 la confiance en soi et \u00e0 l\u2019estime de soi, l\u2019amour de soi, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Et que cela semble utile ou g\u00eanant, il faut noter que <strong>l\u2019inconscien<\/strong>t a mis en place ce qui lui semblait n\u00e9cessaire, dans la <\/span><strong><span class=\"s6\">bonne intention<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"s1\"> de nous apporter le meilleur, de nous prot\u00e9ger si besoin et donc\u00a0<strong>pour nous accompagner au mieux au quotidien.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h2>En conclusion<\/h2>\n<p>\u00catre dans cet \u00e9tat modifi\u00e9 de conscience, en hypnose, facilite la communication avec l\u2019inconscient.
