Et cela peut engendrer une fatigue suppl\u00e9mentaire alors que c\u2019est le meilleur moment pour se ressourcer, se reposer. <strong>Donc, choisissez un rythme serein et sain, et tout se passera bien.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"_form_13\"><\/div>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Oui\u2026 mais j\u2019ai des enfants !<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">On a peur que les enfants s\u2019ennuient ou qu\u2019ils nous \u00ab emb\u00eatent \u00bb mais en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral les enfants savent s\u2019occuper. <\/span><strong><span class=\"s2\">Donnez-leur une attention qualitative. <\/span><\/strong><span class=\"s1\">Souvent, quand ils vous sollicitent, c&rsquo;est juste qu\u2019<\/span><span class=\"s2\"><strong>ils ont besoin de connexion<\/strong>, de savoir que vous \u00eates bien l\u00e0.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">De sortie, au restaurant ou ailleurs, pensez \u00e0 regarder s&rsquo;ils auront <strong>de l\u2019espace pour bouger<\/strong> (devant ou \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de votre table). <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">En famille, le matin et le soir,<strong> pensez \u00e0<\/strong><\/span><strong><span class=\"s2\"> introduire des moments calmes<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"s1\">.
