C&rsquo;est de l&rsquo;<strong>auto-massage<\/strong> tout simplement ! En japonais, cela signifie \u00ab\u00a0la voie par la pression des doigts\u00a0\u00bb. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un ensemble de pratiques visant \u00e0 refaire circuler le QI (l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie) \u00e0 travers la totalit\u00e9 corps.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>Lors d&rsquo;une s\u00e9ance de Do In, diff\u00e9rents <strong>exercices physiques doux et l\u00e9gers<\/strong> sont pratiqu\u00e9s : respiration, r\u00e9veil articulaire et musculaire, makko ho (\u00e9tirement des m\u00e9ridiens), frictions, tapotements, et acupression.<br \/>\nOn y d\u00e9couvrira le trajet des m\u00e9ridiens (canaux \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques qui sont reli\u00e9s \u00e0 un organe ou un visc\u00e8re) et on y apprendra leur relation avec nos <strong>maux physiques et \u00e9motionnels<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Les s\u00e9ances sont diff\u00e9rentes et vari\u00e9es.
