Vous pouvez ainsi \u00ab\u00a0ma\u00eetriser\u00a0\u00bb ce que vous mettez dans votre assiette et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.medoucine.com\/consultations\/se-soigner\/naturopathie\/nantes\/tous-publics\/a-domicile-ou-cabinet\"><strong>manger sainement<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Encore faut-il que votre lunch box soit bien compos\u00e9e pour \u00eatre \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e !<\/p>\n<h2>Quels ingr\u00e9dients dans ma lunch box ?<\/h2>\n<p>Composer son repas n&rsquo;est pas si compliqu\u00e9. Il faudra privil\u00e9gier des <strong>aliments bruts<\/strong> et des <strong>repas faits maison<\/strong>, pour vous apporter des macro-nutriments (glucides, prot\u00e9ines, glucides) et micro-nutriments (vitamines, min\u00e9raux, oligo\u00e9l\u00e9ments) n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 votre <strong>bien-\u00eatre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Des l\u00e9gumes\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Et oui, les l\u00e9gumes sont indispensables. Ce sont malheureusement eux, qui sont le plus boud\u00e9s des plateaux repas en entreprise. C&rsquo;est pourtant gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 eux que vous aurez de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie l&rsquo;apr\u00e8s midi !<\/p>\n<p>Les l\u00e9gumes sont compos\u00e9s de <strong>min\u00e9raux, d&rsquo;antioxydants et de fibres.<\/strong> Notre organisme en a besoin pour fonctionner ! La moiti\u00e9 de la lunch box doit \u00eatre remplie de l\u00e9gumes crus et\/ou cuits.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Des prot\u00e9ines\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Il est important de ne pas n\u00e9gliger les prot\u00e9ines, <strong>animales et\/ou v\u00e9g\u00e9tales<\/strong>. Ce sont les constituants de base de nos cellules, permettant la fabrication, la croissance et renouvellement de notre organisme (muscle, os, peau, cheveux, enzymes, etc).<\/p>\n<p>Compos\u00e9es d&rsquo;acides amin\u00e9s, certains sont essentiels et doivent \u00eatre apport\u00e9s par l&rsquo;alimentation. Dans l&rsquo;id\u00e9al, la part de prot\u00e9ines animales ou v\u00e9g\u00e9tales de votre lunch box doit \u00eatre de 1\/4.<\/p>\n<p>Les prot\u00e9ines animales\u00a0 se retrouvent dans les viande, poissons, \u0153ufs, produits laitiers, fruits de mer et crustac\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Les prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales, quant \u00e0 elles, sont pr\u00e9sentes dans les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales (pain, p\u00e2tes, riz, sarrasin, millet, \u00e9peautre, kamut, ma\u00efs, etc), l\u00e9gumineuses (lentilles, pois chiches, haricots blanc, haricots rouges, pois cass\u00e9s, cacahu\u00e8tes, soja, tofu, f\u00e8ves, etc), les graines ol\u00e9agineuses (noix, amandes, noix de cajou, noisettes, graines de courges, etc) ainsi que les algues<em>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales ou assimil\u00e9s<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Pour les <strong>glucides<\/strong> qu&rsquo;ils contiennent mais aussi pour les min\u00e9raux s&rsquo;ils sont en version compl\u00e8tes.<\/p>\n<p>Les glucides sont notre carburant de base, nous en avons besoin pour produire de l&rsquo;<strong>\u00e9nergie<\/strong>. Notre cerveau est particuli\u00e8rement un gros consommateur de glucides.<\/p>\n<p>Tout comme les prot\u00e9ines, les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales et assimil\u00e9s doivent constitu\u00e9s 1\/4 de votre lunch box.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, on retrouve le pain, le riz, etc.\u00a0 Tandis que parmi les \u00ab\u00a0assimil\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb se trouvent les tubercules et l\u00e9gumes racines. Il s&rsquo;agit de la pomme de terre, la patate douce, le topinambour, le panais, l&rsquo;igname, le c\u00e9leri rave, etc.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Des herbes aromatiques<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Les herbes aromatiques sont importantes et trop souvent mises de c\u00f4t\u00e9.
