Son objectif est de d\u00e9programmer les \u00e9motions n\u00e9gatives ancr\u00e9es. Cette th\u00e9rapie psychocorporelle vise \u00e0 traiter des blocages \u00e9motionnels li\u00e9s \u00e0 des \u00e9v\u00e9nements pass\u00e9s, pr\u00e9sents ou futurs, en utilisant la stimulation de m\u00e9ridiens d&rsquo;acupuncture avec les doigts.<\/p>\n<h3>Le processus en 6 \u00e9tapes :<\/h3>\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape 1 :<\/strong> se concentrer sur la rentr\u00e9e et dire son ressenti.\u00a0Est-ce que je ressens une peur ? une col\u00e8re ? de l&rsquo;angoisse ? de la tristesse ?<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape 2 :<\/strong> s\u2019interroger o\u00f9 se cache cette \u00e9motion dans le corps.\u00a0Est-ce une boule au plexus, un mal de ventre ?<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape 3 :<\/strong> se poser la question suivante : pourquoi ces \u00e9motions ? Qu\u2019est-ce qui est inqui\u00e9tant ?<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape 4 :<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e9valuer l\u2019intensit\u00e9 de ce sentiment entre 0 et 10. 10 signifiant que l\u2019\u00e9motion est tr\u00e8s forte.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape 5 :<\/strong> stimuler ensuite le point karat\u00e9 situ\u00e9 sur la tranche de la main droite ou gauche en r\u00e9p\u00e9tant trois fois la formule suivante (\u00e9videmment, elle doit s\u2019adapter \u00e0 vos \u00e9motions) :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Version enfant : \u00ab M\u00eame si je suis triste de ne pas \u00eatre dans la m\u00eame classe que mes copines, et que \u00e7a me fait mal au ventre, et m\u00eame si il y a un carr\u00e9 jaune qui tape dans mon nombril, je m\u2019aime et je m\u2019accepte comme je suis profond\u00e9ment \u00bb. ou encore : \u00ab M\u00eame si j\u2019ai peur d\u2019avoir une mauvaise note au contr\u00f4le d\u2019histoire g\u00e9o, que j\u2019aime pas le prof, que j\u2019ai mon c\u0153ur qui bat tr\u00e8s vite et que j\u2019ai l\u2019impression qu\u2019il va sortir de moi, je m\u2019aime et je m\u2019accepte tel que je suis \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Version parent : \u00ab M\u00eame si je suis en col\u00e8re parce que mon fils n\u2019a pas fait la totalit\u00e9 de son devoir de maths et que \u00e7a m\u2019angoisse car \u00e7a va \u00eatre la course ce soir, que je pense que je vais m\u2019\u00e9nerver, que j\u2019ai mal au plexus, je m\u2019aime et je m\u2019accepte totalement et profond\u00e9ment\u00a0\u00bb. \u00a0Ou encore : \u00ab M\u00eame si j\u2019ai du boulot par-dessus la t\u00eate et que je ne vais pas m\u2019en sortir, que ma coll\u00e8gue me met des b\u00e2tons dans les roues, que j\u2019ai un chef qui me torture et que je suis stress\u00e9, que j\u2019ai du mal \u00e0 avaler, que j\u2019ai une boule noire dans la gorge, je m\u2019aime et je m\u2019accepte totalement et profond\u00e9ment \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous n\u2019arrivez pas \u00e0 dire les derniers mots, dites : \u00ab je m\u2019ouvre \u00e0 la possibilit\u00e9 de m\u2019aimer\u2026 \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape 6 :<\/strong> on stimule ensuite les autres points du corps, en r\u00e9sumant le probl\u00e8me et en \u00e9tant tr\u00e8s sp\u00e9cifique et centr\u00e9 dessus. Insister sur le n\u00e9gatif.
