L&rsquo;id\u00e9e est d&rsquo;arriver \u00e0 \u00eatre dans un \u00e9tat de m\u00e9ditation par la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition qui permettra de mettre le mental sur pause.<br \/>\nL&rsquo;Ashtanga Yoga n\u00e9cessite d&rsquo;avoir une t<strong>r\u00e8s bonne condition physique<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"levinyasayoga\">Le Vinyasa Yoga<\/h2>\n<p>Ce yoga est une adaptation de l&rsquo;Ashtanga, il s&rsquo;agira l\u00e0 encore d&rsquo;un encha\u00eenement de postures, mais l&rsquo;ordre sera libre.<br \/>\nLe Vinyasa Yoga pourra se pratiquer en musique pour plus de fluidit\u00e9 dans les mouvements.<br \/>\n\u00ab\u00a0Vinyasa\u00a0\u00bbsignifie\u00a0\u00bbsynchronisation du mouvement sur la respiration\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"liyengaryoga\">L&rsquo;Iyengar Yoga<\/h2>\n<p>L&rsquo;Iyengar Yoga a pour but de corriger les placements des jambes, du bassin, des pieds.<br \/>\nPour ce faire, on utilisera des accessoires comme des briques ou des sangles. L&rsquo;Iyengar comprend deux autres types de yoga. Le <strong>Kundalini Yoga<\/strong>et le <strong>Yin Yoga<\/strong>.<br \/>\nLe Kundalini propose un encha\u00eenement de postures avec un rythme soutenu accompagn\u00e9 par la r\u00e9citation de mantras.<br \/>\nLe Yin Yoga se base plus sur l&rsquo;Iyengar \u00e0 la diff\u00e9rence que l&rsquo;on maintiendra la position plusieurs minutes. On sera donc sur un rythme beaucoup plus lent, toujours en synchronicit\u00e9 avec la respiration.<br \/>\nSi le maintien des postures est appr\u00e9ci\u00e9, on pourra m\u00eame aller jusqu&rsquo;au <strong>Restorative Yoga<\/strong> o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on tient les postures pendant 20mn.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"leyogabikram\">Le Yoga Bikram<\/h2>\n<p>Le Yoga Bikram et un yoga o\u00f9 les s\u00e9ances se d\u00e9roulent <strong>dans une salle humide chauff\u00e9e \u00e0 40\u00b0<\/strong>.<br \/>\n\u00e0\u0080 la sortie d&rsquo;un cours de Bikram, on aura la sensation de rena\u00eetre.<br \/>\nAttention cependant, ce type de yoga n\u00e9cessite une <strong>excellente condition physique<\/strong> et l&rsquo;habitude de pratiquer des exercices de cardio.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"leflyyoga\">Le Fly Yoga<\/h2>\n<p>Cr\u00e9\u00e9 par des kin\u00e9sith\u00e9rapeutes, ce yoga se pratique sur un hamac suspendu au plafond. L&rsquo;id\u00e9e est de pratiquer des s\u00e9ries de postures en se laissant porter par le support.<br \/>\n\u00e0\u0080 la fin de la s\u00e9ance, on se laissera envelopper par le hamac pour un temps m\u00e9ditatif comme dans un cocon.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"leyoganidra\">Le Yoga Nidra<\/h2>\n<p>Appel\u00e9 le yoga du sommeil, on se laissera compl\u00e8tement guider par la voix de l&rsquo;enseignant.
