Tout comme vous pouvez m\u00e9diter sur la respiration, sur ce que vous mangez vous pouvez m\u00e9diter sur une oeuvre d&rsquo;art ou en cr\u00e9ant.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-large\"><p><em>J&rsquo;ai tellement \u00e0 faire aujourd&rsquo;hui, je vais devoir m\u00e9diter deux fois plus longtemps<\/em><br \/>\n<cite>GANDHI<\/cite><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center\">M\u00e9ditation avec un mandala<\/h2>\n<p>Je vous propose aujourd&rsquo;hui d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rimenter la m\u00e9ditation avec un support artistique : <strong>le mandala<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Le mandala &#8211; de forme ronde, carr\u00e9e, octogonale- est un diagramme constitu\u00e9 autour d&rsquo;un centre.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez m\u00e9diter avec les mandalas de deux fa\u00e7ons :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Une m\u00e9ditation active en les coloriant<\/li>\n<li>Passivement en contemplant le mandala<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cette m\u00e9thode peut se pratiquer \u00e0 tout \u00e2ge et apporte calme, s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9 et concentration.<\/p>\n<p>Je vous invite donc \u00e0 vous procurer un mandala &#8211; l&rsquo;imprimer, acqu\u00e9rir un livre en proposant ou m\u00eame le cr\u00e9er (vous trouverez un nombre infini de mandala sur internet pr\u00eat \u00e0 l&#8217;emploi).<\/p>\n<p>Installez-vous dans un endroit calme, vous pouvez m\u00eame allumer des bougies, afin de cr\u00e9er une atmosph\u00e8re propice \u00e0 la m\u00e9ditation.<\/p>\n<p>A pr\u00e9sent, concentrez vous sur les impressions que font na\u00eetre en vous chacun des dessins. Choisissez les couleurs qui vous inspirent, les couleurs dominantes. Prenez votre temps. Suivez le cheminement des entrelacs, des formes.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<div class=\"_form_29\"><\/div>\n<li>Quelle forme g\u00e9n\u00e9rale souhaitez vous mettre en valeur par votre choix de couleurs ?<\/li>\n<li>Quel rythme impulsez vous \u00e0 votre mandala ?<\/li>\n<li>Quelle atmosph\u00e8re cr\u00e9ez vous ?<\/li>\n<li>Comment le mandala r\u00e9sonne-t-il en vous ?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Analysez aussi la mani\u00e8re dont le mandala, ses couleurs ses formes influent sur votre humeur, sur votre \u00e9tat d&rsquo;esprit. A chaque fois que vous sentez que vous vous \u00e9loignez de votre objet de r\u00e9flexion, revenez imp\u00e9rativement \u00e0 l&rsquo;analyse du mandala. Soyez concentr\u00e9, focalisez votre attention sur un \u00e9l\u00e9ment et d\u00e9gagez-en tout ce que vous pouvez.<\/p>\n<p>Ayez une volont\u00e9 d&rsquo;exhaustivit\u00e9 dans votre analyse. Lorsque vous aurez port\u00e9 attention \u00e0 chaque forme et couleurs, d\u00e9couvrez comment elles travaillent ensemble. Tissent-elles un m\u00eame motif ?
