Rappelez-vous lorsque vous \u00e9tiez en vacances, vous avez peut-\u00eatre r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 vous d\u00e9connecter ? Vous avez r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 vous accorder du temps ? A ralentir le rythme et casser la cadence. Alors pourquoi ne pas continuer \u00e0 vous accorder r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des pauses, des temps d\u2019arr\u00eat et de d\u00e9connexion ?<br \/>\nJe ne vous parle pas seulement des week-ends, les jours de la semaine comptent aussi !
