Les <strong>bienfaits de la m\u00e9ditation<\/strong> ne sont plus \u00e0 prouver : r\u00e9duction du stress, apaisement physique et mental, meilleure concentration, prise de recul et meilleure gestion des \u00e9motions d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ables&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 notre <strong>motivation <\/strong>et notre <strong>envie <\/strong>de nous mettre \u00e0 la m\u00e9ditation, nous sommes parfois d\u00e9munis sur la fa\u00e7on de nous y prendre, <strong>nous manquons de r\u00e9gularit\u00e9, nous nous d\u00e9courageons<\/strong>&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Voici quelques cl\u00e9s pour vous aider \u00e0 int\u00e9grer durablement la m\u00e9ditation dans votre quotidien :<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"-1-choisir-le-bon-moment\">#1 Choisir le bon moment<\/h3>\n<p>La m\u00e9diation doit \u00eatre pratiqu\u00e9e \u00e0 un moment qui s&rsquo;int\u00e8gre facilement dans notre <strong>rythme de vie<\/strong>. Id\u00e9alement, nous pr\u00e9conisons d&rsquo;accoler notre temps de m\u00e9ditation \u00e0 quelque chose que nous <strong>faisons tous les jours<\/strong> pour \u00eatre s\u00fbrs d&rsquo;y penser, pour cr\u00e9er un <strong>rep\u00e8re dans notre journ\u00e9e<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Cela peut-\u00eatre le matin en nous levant ou le midi apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9jeuner ou le soir avant de nous coucher&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Nous devons trouver le <strong>moment id\u00e9al pour nous<\/strong> !<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"-2-combien-de-temps-m-diter\">#2 Combien de temps m\u00e9diter ?<\/h3>\n<p>Sur ce volet, nous vous pr\u00e9conisons de <strong>favoriser la<\/strong> <strong>r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 <\/strong>plut\u00f4t que la <strong>dur\u00e9e <\/strong>! Nous pouvons tout \u00e0 fait ressentir les bienfaits de la m\u00e9ditation en pratiquant <strong>5 minutes par jour uniquement<\/strong>. Il vaut mieux, d&rsquo;ailleurs, ne pas \u00eatre <strong>trop ambitieux<\/strong> au d\u00e9but pour <strong>tenir sur la dur\u00e9e<\/strong> et ne pas nous d\u00e9courager et abandonner.<\/p>\n<p>En outre, comme toute habitude nouvelle, notre cerveau a besoin d&rsquo;une <strong>action r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9e pour l&rsquo;int\u00e9grer durablement<\/strong>. Nous vous conseillons donc, de vous fixer un <strong>objectif de 30 jours<\/strong> au d\u00e9marrage pour int\u00e9grer la m\u00e9diation dans votre quotidien, pour qu&rsquo;elle <strong>devienne un automatisme<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"-3-o-m-diter\">#3 O\u00f9 m\u00e9diter ?<\/h3>\n<p>Lorsque nous d\u00e9butons la m\u00e9ditation, peut-\u00eatre est-il pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de trouver un <strong>endroit au calme<\/strong> o\u00f9 nous ne serons pas d\u00e9rang\u00e9s.
