Il doit nous mettre au top de nos dispositions et \u00eatre digeste tout en nous apportant ce qui est essentiel.<\/p>\n<p>Voici quelques id\u00e9es pour mettre bon ordre dans votre quotidien.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"-1-on-priorise-les-prot-ines-\">#1 On priorise les prot\u00e9ines :<\/h3>\n<p>Ce sont elles qui assurent l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre des muscles et des bons messagers chimiques (neurotransmetteurs) pour se sentir bien.<\/p>\n<p>A part les aliments o\u00f9 on les trouve enti\u00e8res et assimilables, comme dans les oeufs, les <strong>poissons <\/strong>et les <strong>viandes<\/strong>, elles sont aussi pr\u00e9sentes dans les m\u00e9langes de <strong>c\u00e9r\u00e9ales et d&rsquo;ol\u00e9agineux<\/strong> (amande et noix) ou <strong>de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales et de l\u00e9gumineuses<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"-2-on-vite-le-sucr-\">#2 On \u00e9vite le sucr\u00e9 :<\/h3>\n<p>Ainsi il n&rsquo;y aura pas de baisse de sucre dans le sang qui cr\u00e9e un malaise et une envie de fringale. Et on pr\u00e9serve aussi <strong>l&rsquo;immunit\u00e9 et la flore intestinale<\/strong> (70 % de notre syst\u00e8me immunitaire) qui va \u00eatre d\u00e9stabilis\u00e9e par le sucre. Comme il y a du sucre partout, <strong>faire son propre muesli<\/strong> est tr\u00e8s pris\u00e9 ! On y ajoute des fruits secs et des amandes et des noix.<\/p>\n<p>Les <strong>jus de fruits sont tr\u00e8s sucr\u00e9s<\/strong> (m\u00eame sans sucre ajout\u00e9 cela fait grimper votre glyc\u00e9mie en fl\u00e8che) et acidifiants. On peut tester \u00e0 la place <strong>les jus de l\u00e9gume<\/strong> ou <strong>smoothies vert<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"-3-on-apporte-des-min-raux-r-serve-anti-stress-\">#3 On apporte des min\u00e9raux, r\u00e9serve anti-stress :<\/h3>\n<p>Pour ne pas d\u00e9tricoter mes r\u00e9serves min\u00e9rales et avoir des pertes au niveau des dents, ongles, cheveux et os, je prends soin de mon <strong>\u00e9quilibre acido-basique<\/strong>. Pour cela un m\u00e9lange imparable : le <strong>germe de bl\u00e9 avec des graines de s\u00e9same<\/strong> qui <strong>renforce en vit B, vit E, Zinc<\/strong>. Une <strong>tisane de pr\u00eale<\/strong> pendant 10 jours par mois le matin apporte de la <strong>silice <\/strong>bonne pour la <strong>structure des cheveux<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quelle boisson prendre avant mon petit-d\u00e9jeuner ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Du mat\u00e9<\/strong>, pour revitaliser les surr\u00e9nales, <strong>bouclier protecteur<\/strong>. Le <strong>th\u00e9 vert<\/strong>\/<strong>blanc <\/strong>sera choisi pour ses <strong>vertus anti-oxydantes<\/strong>. Et le <strong>roo\u00efbos<\/strong>, r\u00e9chauffant pour celles qui aiment la saveur d&rsquo;un <strong>th\u00e9 sans th\u00e9ine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A prendre avant de commencer \u00e0 manger pour ne pas avoir la sensation de ventre gonfl\u00e9.<\/p>\n<div class=\"_form_44\"><\/div>\n<h3 id=\"vos-trois-recettes-\">Vos trois recettes :<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Tartine d&rsquo;avocat, graines de s\u00e9same et germe de bl\u00e9 : <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On ajoute de l&rsquo;huile de lin pour les om\u00e9gas 3 <strong>anti-inflammatoires<\/strong>, les fonctions <strong>cognitives et les min\u00e9raux<\/strong>. On choisi du pain <strong>demi-complet<\/strong> ou int\u00e9gral au levain pour les <strong>vitamines B <\/strong>sans le c\u00f4t\u00e9 acidifiant de la c\u00e9r\u00e9ale (car le levain annule l&rsquo;acide phytique). Un pain <strong>sans gluten<\/strong> <strong>r\u00e9duira les ballonnements<\/strong>, et l&rsquo;irritation de l&rsquo;intestin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yaourt de soja \/ d&rsquo;amande ou de brebis aux fruits :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Avec une demie banane \u00e9cras\u00e9e, un ou deux fruits frais coup\u00e9s, une cuill\u00e8re d&rsquo;huile de cameline, des noix et des amandes en morceaux, du germe de bl\u00e9, des graines de Chia.
