Sylvain Herruel, fan de sport en tous genres et naturopathe du r\u00e9seau Medoucine, nous explique pourquoi l&rsquo;exercice physique est indispensable \u00e0 un objectif sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"la-naturopathie-pour-retrouver-et-maintenir-son-bien-tre\">La naturopathie pour retrouver et maintenir son bien-\u00eatre<\/h3>\n<p>La naturopathie a pour objectif d&rsquo;accompagner les personnes qui le souhaitent vers un <strong>objectif bien-\u00eatre<\/strong> <strong>et un retour ou une durabilit\u00e9 de la vitalit\u00e9<\/strong>. Elle permet de soulager de nombreux troubles qui auraient pour origine une hygi\u00e8ne de vie qui ne correspondrait pas aux besoins r\u00e9els de la personne.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, sa pratique se base sur un bilan de vitalit\u00e9 afin de conna\u00eetre les habitudes de la personne en consultation (alimentation, activit\u00e9 physique, environnement de vie, source de troubles ou de stress, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>Une <strong>hygi\u00e8ne alimentaire en ad\u00e9quation avec les besoins r\u00e9els de la personne<\/strong> sera alors conseill\u00e9e avec des ajustements r\u00e9alis\u00e9s si n\u00e9cessaires. L&rsquo;utilisation des plantes et des huiles pourra \u00eatre aussi effectu\u00e9e, et enfin, le conseil en pratique d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 physique.<\/p>\n<div class=\"_form_29\"><\/div>\n<h3 id=\"l-importance-de-l-activit-physique\">L&rsquo;importance de l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 physique<\/h3>\n<p>Lorsque l&rsquo;on souhaite maintenir ou retrouver son bien-\u00eatre, <strong>une alimentation saine<\/strong> et l&rsquo;utilisation de produits naturels seront d&rsquo;une grande aide, mais <strong>l&rsquo;exercice sera \u00e9galement primordial<\/strong>. Le rythme de vie s\u00e9dentaris\u00e9 a tendance \u00e0 provoquer des probl\u00e8mes de stress, de poids ou encore des d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibres hormonaux.<\/p>\n<p>Une <strong>activit\u00e9 sportive r\u00e9guli\u00e8re<\/strong> permet de pr\u00e9venir de nombreux maux physiques, mais aussi psychologiques. Le rythme id\u00e9al pour une personne sans troubles particuliers sera <strong>30 minutes d&rsquo;exercices par jour<\/strong> assortis d&rsquo;une sortie plus longue et plus intense par semaine.<\/p>\n<p>On pr\u00e9f\u00e9rera la pratique en plein air pour une meilleure oxyg\u00e9nation, mais il vaudra cependant mieux privil\u00e9gier une pratique en salle plut\u00f4t que dans un environnement pollu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Pour maintenir de la <strong>r\u00e9gularit\u00e9<\/strong> dans son activit\u00e9 sportive, la <strong>notion de plaisir sera d\u00e9cisive<\/strong>.
