Elle est caract\u00e9ris\u00e9e par des sympt\u00f4mes telles qu&rsquo;une grande fatigue, des insomnies, un manque d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, de l&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, des troubles de l&rsquo;humeur, une perte d&rsquo;app\u00e9tit etc.<\/p>\n<p>Elle survient lors de l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e de l&rsquo;automne ou de l&rsquo;hiver, elle ne s&rsquo;inscrit pas sur la dur\u00e9e contrairement \u00e0 la d\u00e9pression. Plus de 15 % des fran\u00e7ais en souffrent, plus majoritairement les femmes.<\/p>\n<p>La sophrologie peut vous permettre d&rsquo;aller vers un mieux-\u00eatre int\u00e9rieur et de venir \u00e0 bout de ce \u00ab\u00a0blues hivernal\u00a0\u00bb. Pratiqu\u00e9e r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, elle permet de diminuer le stress, les sensations de mal-\u00eatre et de fatigue. La sophrologie propose des exercices de respiration, de relaxation dynamique et de visualisation qui ont une action sur notre corps ; leur pratique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re permet de conserver notre \u00e9quilibre interne.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant la s\u00e9ance, on monopolise le mental \u00e0 imaginer des choses agr\u00e9ables, et \u00e7a permet donc de se sentir beaucoup mieux. <strong>On se d\u00e9localise de ses probl\u00e8mes<\/strong>, du stress et de la fatigue pour quelques instants de repos et de l\u00e2cher prise. La sophrologie est donc utile pour r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rer le corps mais \u00e9galement dans le quotidien en cas de baisse d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie pour relancer la dynamique dans le corps.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Voici un exercice de sophrologie que je vous propose pour vous dynamiser ! Lib\u00e9rer les tensions et surtout \u00e9vacuer ce sentiment de d\u00e9prime saisonni\u00e8re !<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Avant de commencer, je tiens \u00e0 pr\u00e9ciser : cet exercice de sophrologie permet de stimuler l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie vitale, redonner du tonus lors des pertes d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie. Bien s\u00fbr, dans un souci d&rsquo;\u00e9thique, il est indispensable de solliciter l&rsquo;avis du m\u00e9decin traitant ou du psychologue car parfois, un \u00e9tat de fatigue r\u00e9sulte d&rsquo;une pathologie m\u00e9dicale ou d&rsquo;une carence, auquel cas la sophrologie ne peut constituer qu&rsquo;une aide compl\u00e9mentaire.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"le-point-karat-\">Le point karat\u00e9<\/h3>\n<p>Je vous invite donc \u00e0 vous mettre debout, les yeux ouverts. Les jambes l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e9cart\u00e9es dans l&rsquo;alignement de votre bassin. Le dos est bien droit, les \u00e9paules rel\u00e2ch\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Vous inspirez par le nez, en ramenant votre bras droit \u00e0 la hauteur de votre \u00e9paule droite (vous pouvez faire la m\u00eame chose avec votre bras gauche si vous \u00eates gaucher), le coude bien positionn\u00e9 vers l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re, le poing ferm\u00e9, serrez le tr\u00e8s fort.<\/p>\n<p>Bloquez votre respiration en visualisant une cible, vous pouvez visualiser ce qui vous d\u00e9prime, vous fatigue, vous \u00e9nerve<\/p>\n<p>Puis en soufflant tr\u00e8s fortement par la bouche, vous lancez votre poing droit (ou gauche) vers l&rsquo;avant.<\/p>\n<p>Rel\u00e2chez \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent compl\u00e8tement les bras le long du corps, les mains sont grandes ouvertes.
