Nous attendons d&rsquo;aller mal pour \u00e9couter les signaux d&rsquo;alarme du corps.<\/p>\n<p>Le stress a un impact important sur notre corps, se manifestant par des sensations d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ables (mal de t\u00eate, douleurs au ventre, tensions musculaires ) ou des pathologies plus graves (d\u00e9pression, burn out).<\/p>\n<p>Ecouter les signaux d&rsquo;alerte du corps est une premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape pour agir.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"pr-ter-attention-aux-sensations-positives\">Pr\u00eater attention aux sensations positives<\/h3>\n<p>Appr\u00e9cier les sensations agr\u00e9ables est essentiel non seulement pour cesser de se focaliser sur les sensations p\u00e9nibles, mais aussi pour prendre le temps d&rsquo;appr\u00e9cier les instants agr\u00e9ables de la vie.<\/p>\n<p>La sophrologie propose de s&rsquo;int\u00e9resser aux somatisations positives. Elle encourage \u00e0 \u00e9couter son corps lorsqu&rsquo;il va bien et cherche \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper son capital positif.<br \/>\nComment s&rsquo;y prendre ?<\/p>\n<p><strong>La sophrologie est un entra\u00eenement<\/strong>. C&rsquo;est la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition qui permet d&rsquo;ancrer ce dont on a besoin afin que cela devienne habituel. Voil\u00e0 quelques pistes simples pour vous focaliser sur vos sensations agr\u00e9ables.<\/p>\n<p>Le matin sous la douche, plut\u00f4t que de penser \u00e0 la liste de courses, prenez soin de votre corps, aux diff\u00e9rents gestes pour se laver, la temp\u00e9rature de l&rsquo;eau, l&rsquo;odeur du savon. Profitez de ce moment rien que pour vous.<\/p>\n<p>Plus tard, \u00e0 la machine \u00e0 caf\u00e9, pourquoi ne pas prendre quelques secondes pour humer l&rsquo;odeur du caf\u00e9, appr\u00e9cier le contact de la tasse chaude avant de savourer sa boisson ?<\/p>\n<p>Pendant votre pause d\u00e9jeuner (une vraie pause, hein !) vous prendrez le temps de sentir votre plat, de le regarder, de manger lentement (pourquoi pas en fermant les yeux pour mieux se concentrer sur le go\u00fbt)<\/p>\n<p>Tout au long de sa journ\u00e9e <strong>il existe multiples<\/strong> <strong>occasions d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rimenter les sensations agr\u00e9ables : <\/strong>en se lavant les mains en sortant des WC, en croquant dans une pomme ou un bout de chocolat, en profitant d&rsquo;un rayon de soleil dans la rue, en respirant profond\u00e9ment&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Le soir, prenez le temps de noter trois sensations positives de votre journ\u00e9e.
