Elle est connue pour son\u00a0\u00bbalimentation de la joie\u00a0\u00bb, une th\u00e9orie qui constitue une aide pr\u00e9cieuse dans les cas de troubles digestifs.<\/p>\n<p>En effet, le stress ainsi qu&rsquo;une alimentation inadapt\u00e9e sont souvent cause de divers d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ments. Or quelques <strong>changements alimentaires<\/strong> tr\u00e8s simples peuvent r\u00e9duire les effets n\u00e9gatifs du stress favorisant un regain de vitalit\u00e9 et une meilleure digestion globale.<\/p>\n<p>Pour elle, afin de se sentir bien, nous devons aller de l&rsquo;avant le coeur l\u00e9ger, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire sans nous alourdir de mauvaises pens\u00e9es, mauvaises actions qui nous donneraient mauvaise conscience et agiraient directement sur notre \u00e9tat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n<p>Elle nous propose, une liste de quelques\u00a0\u00bb<strong>aliments de la joie<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0qui sont le fenouil, les haricots, la racine de persil, le c\u00e9leri, les courges, les pois chiches, les navets et radis, ainsi que les ch\u00e2taignes, en fonction des saisons, tout cela accompagn\u00e9, bien s\u00fbr, de biscuits, pains et caf\u00e9 \u00e0 base d&rsquo;\u00e9peautre, rigoureusement de culture naturelle.<\/p>\n<p>Les viandes ne sont pas exclues de l&rsquo;alimentation d&rsquo;Hildegarde et, cuisin\u00e9es et accommod\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re bien pr\u00e9cise, peuvent \u00e9galement constituer des aliments de la joie, entendons des aliments pour une vie agr\u00e9able, en bonne sant\u00e9 (ce qui induit la joie pour Hildegarde).<\/p>\n<p>Elle a cependant \u00e9tabli une liste d&rsquo;aliments qu&rsquo;elle d\u00e9conseille car ils seraient \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine\u00a0\u00bbd&rsquo;humeurs mauvaises\u00a0\u00bb, autrement dit un mauvais fonctionnement de nos fluides corporels, comme par exemple\u00a0\u00bbla bile noire\u00a0\u00bb, responsable de nos col\u00e8res, emportements et \u00e9tat m\u00e9lancolique.<\/p>\n<p>Ces aliments sont l&rsquo;orge et le millet, le poireau (\u00e0 moins de le faire tremper dans le vinaigre), les oignons crus, l&rsquo;ail cuit, le chou, les lentilles, mais \u00e9galement les fraises, p\u00eaches, les viandes de porc et de cheval, le gingembre et la moutarde.<\/p>\n<p>Le vin occupe une place importante \u00e9galement dans ses conseils, il est cependant souvent chauff\u00e9, coup\u00e9 avec de l&rsquo;eau et agr\u00e9ment\u00e9 d&rsquo;une \u00e9pice et propos\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cise, en fonction des besoins.<\/p>\n<p>Elle pr\u00e9conise \u00e9galement une <strong>forme de je\u00fbne l\u00e9ger<\/strong> (pas plus d&rsquo;une journ\u00e9e) qui peut r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rer notre organisme.<\/p>\n<p>Dans certains cas de troubles et douleurs d&rsquo;origine digestive, et dans cette cat\u00e9gorie je n&rsquo;exclue pas certains maux de dos ou de t\u00eate, je propose souvent, en parall\u00e8le de l&rsquo;alimentation\u00a0\u00bbhildegardienne\u00a0\u00bbune s\u00e9ance de psychonomie, m\u00e9thode manuelle qui r\u00e9\u00e9quilibre globalement l&rsquo;organisme et rebooste les fonctions naturelles dont nous sommes tous dot\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>NB : ces conseils sont d&rsquo;ordre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et ne s&rsquo;adaptent pas \u00e0 tous.
