Et si nous avions en nous, la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 faire taire toutes ces ruminations incessantes qui font partie de notre quotidien ? Et si nous avions le pouvoir de profiter davantage de la vie ?<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"constats\">Constats<\/h3>\n<p>Partons du constat que l&rsquo;homme est travers\u00e9 par 60 000 pens\u00e9es par jour et que parmi elles, <strong>70 \u00e0 80% d&rsquo;entre elles sont des pens\u00e9es n\u00e9gatives<\/strong> (source : National Science Foundation).<\/p>\n<p>Partons du constat que nous sommes des \u00eatres d&rsquo;anticipation. Nous faisons tout pour que\u00a0\u00bble meilleur reste \u00e0 venir\u00a0\u00bb. Nous pr\u00e9voyons en permanence tout un tas de choses plus ou moins importantes et dans un avenir plus ou moins proche.<\/p>\n<p>Partons du constat que notre rythme de vie semble s&rsquo;\u00eatre intensifi\u00e9 et acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 ces derni\u00e8res d\u00e9cennies, avec l&rsquo;\u00e9mergence des nouvelles technologies notamment.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"effets-sur-l-homme\">Effets sur l&rsquo;homme<\/h3>\n<p>Aujourd&rsquo;hui, pris entre toutes nos obligations, toutes nos contraintes et nos immanquables dead-lines, nous sommes partout et nulle part \u00e0 la fois. Sur-sollicit\u00e9s, nous courons apr\u00e8s le temps. Nous avons de plus en plus de mal \u00e0 identifier ce qui est <em>urgent <\/em>de ce qu&rsquo;il ne l&rsquo;est pas, ce qui est <em>prioritaire <\/em>de ce qui ne l&rsquo;est pas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L&rsquo;improvisation et la spontan\u00e9it\u00e9 disparaissent<\/strong>. Et dans cette course effr\u00e9n\u00e9e, nous passons \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de notre vie.\u00a0\u00bb<em>J&rsquo;ai tout pour \u00eatre heureuse mais je n&rsquo;en profite pas car je suis trop stress\u00e9e <\/em>\u00ab\u00a0dit cette jeune femme, assise en face de moi lors de notre premi\u00e8re rencontre.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0<em>Je sens que je perds pied, tout va trop vite et moi j&rsquo;ai mal partout et j&rsquo;ai peur<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0regrette f\u00e9brilement cet entrepreneur, p\u00e8re de famille venu chercher de l&rsquo;aide aupr\u00e8s de moi.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"faire-autrement-pour-vivre-plus-heureux\">Faire autrement pour vivre plus heureux<\/h3>\n<p>Dans ce contexte soci\u00e9tal complexe, vivre en conscience et sereinement, devient un v\u00e9ritable choix &#8211; voire un acte militant !<\/p>\n<p>Le seul moyen de prot\u00e9ger notre \u00e9quilibre et de vivre enfin en conscience, est de s&rsquo;inscrire dans l&rsquo;instant pr\u00e9sent. Vivre ici et maintenant permet de couper court \u00e0 tout ce qui est en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 inutile et nuisible : <a href=\"https:\/\/www.medoucine.com\/maux-troubles\/stress-anxiete-phobies\">l&rsquo;hyper-anticipation (trop anticiper)<\/a> ou l&rsquo;omni-anticipation (tout anticiper) par exemple.<\/p>\n<p>Vivre ici et maintenant nous reconnecte \u00e0 nous-m\u00eame, nous ram\u00e8ne \u00e0 ce qui est l\u00e0 (vs ce qui va advenir et dont on ne sait rien). Vivre l&rsquo;instant pr\u00e9sent apporte la conscience n\u00e9cessaire pour savourer les petits bonheurs du quotidien.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"par-o-commencer\">Par o\u00f9 commencer ?<\/h3>\n<p>Pour d\u00e9velopper notre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 vivre notre vie en conscience et \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper notre bien-\u00eatre, nous pouvons commencer par nous concentrer sur nos gestes quotidiens puis identifier nos ressentis.<\/p>\n<p>Quelques pistes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Prendre notre douche\u00a0\u00bbcomme si c&rsquo;\u00e9tait la 1<\/em><sup><em>\u00e8re<\/em><\/sup><em> fois\u00a0\u00bbet sentir l&rsquo;eau couler sur notre peau, humer le gel douche, la chaleur de l&rsquo;eau, sa pression, percevoir le toucher doux de la serviette sur notre corps. <\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Ne faire qu&rsquo;une seule chose \u00e0 la fois, par exemple t\u00e9l\u00e9phoner et uniquement t\u00e9l\u00e9phoner. Manger et uniquement manger. Lire et uniquement lire. <\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Marcher en ville ou dans la nature, \u00eatre \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9coute des sons, des odeurs, des couleurs, des mouvements de notre corps. <\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Peu \u00e0 peu, en pratiquant cette conscience du moment pr\u00e9sent, nous apprenons \u00e0 \u00eatre l\u00e0, vraiment l\u00e0, \u00e0 \u00eatre pleinement l\u00e0.
