Qui sont les responsables ? L&rsquo;environnement ? Notre physiologie ?<\/p>\n<p><strong>En fait, nos perceptions et nos pens\u00e9es ne sont que le point de d\u00e9part d&rsquo;un cataclysme \u00e9motionnel, d\u00e9clencheur de multiples informations cognitives.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Quand on se retrouve dans une situation stressante, une des erreurs majeures est de bloquer sa respiration: comme vous \u00eates en apn\u00e9e, le diaphragme (muscle de la respiration) ne fonctionne plus correctement, votre corps n&rsquo;est alors plus oxyg\u00e9n\u00e9. Le cerveau et plus particuli\u00e8rement l&rsquo;hypophyse en est alert\u00e9 et ordonne aux glandes surr\u00e9nales la production du cortisol, autrement appel\u00e9\u00a0\u00bbhormone du stress\u00a0\u00bb, dont le r\u00f4le est d&rsquo;apporter en retour de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie \u00e0 vos muscles.<\/p>\n<p>Mais si vous \u00eates un stress\u00e9 chronique, le cortisol, d\u00e9vers\u00e9 en exc\u00e8s, se r\u00e9v\u00e8le \u00eatre un v\u00e9ritable poison et les cons\u00e9quences sur le corps se ressentent: acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration des rythmes cardiaque et respiratoire, noeud dans l&rsquo;estomac, maux de ventre ou de dos, sur-activation musculaire (vous \u00eates tout le temps contract\u00e9), sueur importante, migraine .<\/p>\n<p>\u00e0\u0080 terme, les informations qui arrivent au cerveau ne sont plus d\u00e9cod\u00e9es correctement, tel un r\u00e9seau mal connect\u00e9. R\u00e9sultat:<strong> l\u00e0- haut, c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;anarchie, \u00e7a va dans tous les sens !<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les manifestations corporelles de votre stress s&rsquo;installent, cr\u00e9ent des douleurs chroniques qui finissent par vous g\u00e2cher la vie !<\/p>\n<p>Mais rassurez-vous, il existe des outils qui vous permettent de bloquer ce processus, d&rsquo;inverser la tendance.
