Continuez sur votre lanc\u00e9e ! <\/strong>Changer ses habitudes prend du temps, donc pers\u00e9v\u00e9rez ! M\u00eame si vos anciennes croyances alimentaires reviennent, acceptez-les en prenant du recul. Demandez-vous \u00ab\u00a0qui dit \u00e7a?\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0Est-ce que cette croyance vient de moi ?\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0Est-ce que je l&rsquo;ai h\u00e9rit\u00e9e de mon \u00e9ducation (mes parents, ma famille )?\u00a0\u00bb.
