Cependant, est-ce compl\u00e8tement vrai?<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.medoucine.com\/consultation\/nancy\/patrice-raganelli\/842\">Par Patrice Raganelli, Naturopathe recommand\u00e9 du r\u00e9seau Medoucine.<\/a><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"la-question-du-petit-d-jeuner\">La question du petit d\u00e9jeuner<\/h3>\n<p>Cette id\u00e9e est amplement relay\u00e9e par les m\u00e9dias, les pubs, et l&rsquo;industrie agro-alimentaire (fabricants de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, fili\u00e8re du pain et industrie laiti\u00e8re).<br \/>\nVous avez aussi tous entendu ce fameux dicton <em>\u00ab\u00a0il faut manger comme un roi le matin, le midi comme un prince et le soir comme un mendiant\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>. Et pourtant cela n&rsquo;a pas r\u00e9ellement de sens.<em>\u00ab\u00a0Je ne peux pas me passer de mon petit-d\u00e9jeuner, je risque de me sentir mal ou d&rsquo;avoir faim &#8230;.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>ou <em>\u00ab\u00a0Je n&rsquo;ai pas faim le matin mais je me force car on m&rsquo;a dit qu&rsquo;il ne fallait pas avoir le ventre vide le matin &#8230;.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>.<br \/>\nC&rsquo;est ce type de phrases que j&rsquo;entend de la part de mes patients lorsque l&rsquo;on aborde la question du petit-d\u00e9jeuner.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"que-se-passe-t-il-vraiment-quand-on-petit-d-jeune\">Que se passe-t-il vraiment quand on petit-d\u00e9jeune?<\/h3>\n<p>Mais regardons ce qu&rsquo;il se passe sur diff\u00e9rents plans si vous petit-d\u00e9jeunez :<br \/>\n<strong>Sur le plan nerveux<\/strong>, au petit matin, votre corps bascule en sympathicotonie signifiant que notre corps se met en route pour pouvoir \u00eatre efficace au travail d\u00e8s le matin. Il s&rsquo;en suit une hausse <strong>hormonales de cortisol et d&rsquo;adr\u00e9naline<\/strong>. Ce qui veut dire que votre organisme sera dispos\u00e9 pour un effort physique et intellectuel. Hors cette \u00e9nergie disponible au cerveau et aux muscles ne le sera pas pour le syst\u00e8me digestif.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"utilisation-de-notre-nergie-vitale\">Utilisation de notre \u00e9nergie vitale<\/h3>\n<p>En effet, l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie nerveuse le matin \u00e9tant en partie disponible<strong> pour les muscles<\/strong> (syst\u00e8me musculaire) <strong>et le cerveau <\/strong>(syst\u00e8me cortex), elle ne le sera pas autant, voire pas du tout, pour le syst\u00e8me digestif.<\/p>\n<p>De plus, lorsque votre corps fonctionne sur le syst\u00e8me sympathique(1) , la partie digestive de votre organisme inhibe la fabrication d&rsquo; enzyme digestive. Accueillir donc des aliments \u00e0 ce moment l\u00e0 devra forcer votre organisme \u00e0 diriger l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie qui \u00e9tait disponible jusqu&rsquo;alors sur le syst\u00e8me musculaire et cortex vers le syst\u00e8me digestif ( fonctionnement anormal).<br \/>\nCe qui veut dire que le matin vous n&rsquo;\u00eates pas bien dispos\u00e9 \u00e0 dig\u00e9rer, le syst\u00e8me digestif n&rsquo;est pas alimenter en \u00e9nergie, pas d&rsquo;afflux sanguin, pas de fabrication d&rsquo;enzyme digestive et inhibition du p\u00e9ristaltisme(2).<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"mais-que-se-passe-t-il-alors-si-je-me-force-d-jeuner\">Mais que se passe t-il alors si je me force \u00e0 d\u00e9jeuner ?<\/h3>\n<p>Si vous n&rsquo;avez pas faim et que vous vous forcez quand m\u00eame \u00e0 prendre un petit -d\u00e9jeuner parce que vous\u00a0\u00bbdevez\u00a0\u00bbmanger le matin voici ce qu&rsquo;il se passe:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Digestion beaucoup moins bonne<\/li>\n<li>Digestion plus lente<\/li>\n<li>Assimilation moins bonne<\/li>\n<li>Fermentations (ballonnements) plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>Augmentation des d\u00e9chets organiques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tout ceci entrainera une fatigue suppl\u00e9mentaire. Cette \u00e9nergie nerveuse sera donc d\u00e9riv\u00e9e vers la digestion et sera moins disponible pour votre intellect (mental) et vos muscles (physique).<\/p>\n<p>Avant de fournir de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie \u00e0 votre organisme, le syst\u00e8me digestif n\u00e9cessite \u00e9norm\u00e9ment d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie pour dig\u00e9rer les aliments.
