Par ailleurs, si la cage thoracique est orient\u00e9e d&rsquo;une certaine mani\u00e8re, le positionnement de la t\u00eate, du bassin, et finalement des pieds vont en \u00eatre affect\u00e9s via les fascias. Or si les pieds ne sont pas correctement pos\u00e9s sur le sol, c&rsquo;est notre sensation d&rsquo;ancrage qui en p\u00e2tit<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00ab\u00a0Retrouver le sol\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> permet de retrouver la confiance li\u00e9e au fait de savoir o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on est, litt\u00e9ralement. C&rsquo;est une sensation <strong>profond\u00e9ment s\u00e9curisante qui se vit souvent en s\u00e9ance de Rolfing\u00ae. <\/strong>Cela s&rsquo;explique par le fait que si l&rsquo;on ne sent pas bien le sol, ou que l&rsquo;on est pas bien orient\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;espace (parce que l&rsquo;oreille interne qui r\u00e9gule aussi l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre fonctionne mal si la t\u00eate est mal plac\u00e9e par exemple), le corps r\u00e9agit comme s&rsquo;il \u00e9tait en train de tomber : en se contractant pour se prot\u00e9ger de la chute.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"quels-sont-les-risques-d-une-mauvaise-posture\">Quels sont les risques d&rsquo;une mauvaise posture ?<\/h2>\n<figure class=\"kg-image-card\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"kg-image\" src=\"https:\/\/www.medoucine.com\/blog\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/fibromyalgie-scaled.jpg\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>A force, on ne sent plus cette<strong> contraction<\/strong>, mais en fait elle demande <strong>beaucoup d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie,<\/strong> emp\u00eache un mouvement fluide et peut g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des <strong>douleurs chroniques. <\/strong>Par ailleurs, beaucoup d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie sera n\u00e9cessaire pour pouvoir quand m\u00eame mettre en mouvement des muscles qui sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 contract\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00e9organiser la posture de mani\u00e8re harmonieuse<\/strong> permet donc \u00e0 la fois de diminuer les tensions physiques et psychiques, et de rendre le m\u00e9tabolisme plus efficace, et d&rsquo;avoir plus r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, changez de position : une posture n&rsquo;est pas mauvaise en soi, c&rsquo;est de rester toujours dans la m\u00eame posture qui est n\u00e9faste.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lorsque vous \u00eates debout<\/strong>, observez o\u00f9 est le poids sur vos pieds et voyez comment vous pouvez le placer plus au milieu du pied possible, ce que \u00e7a change dans votre ressenti.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lorsque vous marchez<\/strong>, regardez devant vous plut\u00f4t que le trottoir (ou votre portable \ud83d\ude09 ), cela soulagera votre dos qui sera moins sollicit\u00e9
