Si vous ne souhaitez pas vous remplir le corps d&rsquo;excitants, il existe trois exercices simples de yoga qui stimuleront votre corps et votre esprit.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"la-chaise\">La chaise<\/h3>\n<p>Commencez cet exercice debout avec vos pieds l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e9cart\u00e9s. Ensuite, ramenez vos bras devant vous horizontalement et collez vos mains l&rsquo;une \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre. Gardez les \u00e9paules droites et resserrer vos omoplates. Levez ensuite vos bras, puis plier les genoux et reculez le fessier. Respirez \u00e0 cinq reprises et reprenez la journ\u00e9e du bon pied ! La chaise vous permet de faire le plein d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"la-posture-de-l-arbre\">La posture de l&rsquo;arbre<\/h3>\n<p>L&rsquo;arbre permet d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer votre concentration et votre \u00e9nergie. Toujours debout, \u00e9cartez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement vos pieds et fixez le sol. Relevez un de vos pied et placez la plante de ce pied le long de l&rsquo;autre cuisse. Collez vos mains l&rsquo;une \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre et respirez \u00e0 cinq reprises dans cette position. R\u00e9p\u00e9tez le m\u00eame exercice dans l&rsquo;autre sens.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"la-position-du-guerrier\">La position du guerrier<\/h3>\n<p>Le guerrier r\u00e9tablit l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie de votre corps et votre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 vous concentrer. Debout, le dos droit et les \u00e9paules basses, \u00e9cartez les jambes le plus loin possible, en gardant vos talons parall\u00e8les. Ensuite, tournez votre pied droit vers l&rsquo;avant et votre pied gauche vers l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur pour une meilleure stabilit\u00e9. Gardez votre t\u00eate vers l&rsquo;avant et votre buste droit, les talons doivent rester au sol. Levez vos bras de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 du corps et dans l&rsquo;alignement des jambes.<\/p>\n<p>Vos paumes doivent \u00eatre tourn\u00e9es vers le ciel. Puis, fl\u00e9chissez la jambe droite tandis que l&rsquo;autre jambe reste tendue. Tenez cette position pour cinq respirations lentes.
