En d&rsquo;autres termes, le test a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 sur des personnes acclimat\u00e9es \u00e0 des pens\u00e9es n\u00e9gatives qui s&rsquo;installent dans le temps.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"la-m-ditation-contre-le-stress-une-efficacit-scientifiquement-prouv-e\">La m\u00e9ditation contre le stress : une efficacit\u00e9 scientifiquement prouv\u00e9e<\/h3>\n<p>Les participants ont du effectuer plusieurs t\u00e2ches sur leur ordinateur en endurant des interruptions r\u00e9p\u00e9titives de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 \u00e9valuer leur facult\u00e9 \u00e0 rester concentr\u00e9 durant leur t\u00e2che. Les chercheurs ont ensuite divis\u00e9 les participants en deux groupes al\u00e9atoires. Un des groupes devait \u00e9couter une histoire audio tandis que l&rsquo;autre b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiait d&rsquo;un cours de <strong>m\u00e9ditation<\/strong>. Apr\u00e8s une r\u00e9\u00e9valuation, les conclusions de cette exp\u00e9rimentation ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que les pens\u00e9es n\u00e9gatives avaient diminu\u00e9 chez les volontaires ayant suivi la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.medoucine.com\/consultations\/se-soigner\/meditation\/paris\/tous-publics\/a-domicile-ou-cabinet\">s\u00e9ance de m\u00e9ditation<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Les pens\u00e9es occupent une grande partie de la conscience de chaque individu.
