Pourtant contrairement \u00e0 notre calendrier il ne commence pas le 21 juin mais bien avant. Il faut donc profiter de cette belle saison au plus t\u00f4t afin de pr\u00e9parer son arriv\u00e9e par une alimentation appropri\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.medoucine.com\/consultation\/annecy\/patrice-moro\/1008\">Patrice MORO, praticien en M\u00e9decine traditionnelle chinoise et en nutrition. <\/a><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"comment-allier-di-t-tique-chinoise-et-t-\">Comment allier di\u00e9t\u00e9tique chinoise et \u00e9t\u00e9 ?<\/h2>\n<figure class=\"kg-image-card\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"kg-image\" src=\"https:\/\/www.medoucine.com\/blog\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/di-t-tique.jpg\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>Selon la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.medoucine.com\/pratiques\/medecine-traditionnelle-chinoise\">m\u00e9decine traditionnelle chinoise <\/a>: l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 est la saison du m\u00e9ridien du coeur, de la joie et il est associ\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ment Feu. Or le corps peut \u00eatre attaqu\u00e9 \u00e0 cette p\u00e9riode par des \u00e9nergies perverses comme la chaleur estivale voire la canicule et m\u00eame parfois le froid (merci la climatisation).<\/p>\n<p>Il convient donc d&rsquo;adapter son alimentation afin de nous prot\u00e9ger de ces \u00e9nergies climatiques. Certains aliments conviennent plus particuli\u00e8rement au coeur en l&rsquo;occurrence les aliments rouges, amers ou ceux naturellement froids. Nous aurons par exemple <strong>l&rsquo;aubergine, le chou, la laitue, la Rhubarbe, le radis, tomate<\/strong> : des aliments de saisons en somme.<\/p>\n<p>La saveur am\u00e8re par exemple permet de drainer la chaleur excessive vers le bas afin d&rsquo;en \u00e9liminer ses manifestations et nous rafra\u00eechir.
