On sait aujourd&rsquo;hui que les traumatismes qu&rsquo;on v\u00e9cus nos anc\u00eatres, qu&rsquo;ils soient physiques ou karmiques, charg\u00e9s d&rsquo;\u00e9motions, nous arrivent comme un h\u00e9ritage silencieux et d&rsquo;autant plus douloureux et difficile \u00e0 g\u00e9rer.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9v\u00e9nements marquants, choquants, perturbants que l&rsquo;on vit pendant l&rsquo;enfance, charge \u00e9galement notre quotient \u00e9motionnel. Les diktats de la famille, de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 nous demandant de\u00a0\u00bbcacher\u00a0\u00bbcertaines \u00e9motions, les plus g\u00eanantes, les moins sociales mais qui sont pourtant des \u00e9motions qui sont bien pr\u00e9sentes.<\/p>\n<p>Parfois, pour ne pas l\u00e2cher une \u00e9motion, on la cache derri\u00e8re une autre.
