Le corps n\u2019a d\u2019autres moyens pour s\u2019exprimer que par des sensations qui peuvent \u00eatre agr\u00e9ables comme d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ables. Et dans ce 2e cas ce n\u2019est pas une fatalit\u00e9 mais des messages d\u00e9livr\u00e9s par le corps comme autant de signaux d\u2019alerte.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"les-r-flexes-face-la-douleur\">Les r\u00e9flexes face \u00e0 la douleur<\/h2>\n<figure class=\"kg-image-card\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"kg-image\" src=\"https:\/\/www.medoucine.com\/blog\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/frzgzfb.jpg\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>Notre premier r\u00e9flexe face au signal d\u00e9sagr\u00e9able est de le <strong>rejeter<\/strong>, voire de le nier. Mais s\u2019il persiste et peut m\u00eame s\u2019amplifier, c\u2019est pour attirer notre attention, un peu comme le ferait un b\u00e9b\u00e9 qui n\u2019a d\u2019autre mani\u00e8re que pleurer pour que nous le prenions dans nos bras et comprenions ses besoins. Une des causes les plus courantes de l\u2019\u00e9mergence d\u2019un signal d\u2019alerte est l\u2019inhibition, le fait de taire ses ressentis et ses pens\u00e9es, par exemple par crainte des conflits, d\u2019avouer ou s\u2019avouer \u00e0 soi-m\u00eame certaines choses ou de vouloir oublier des choses douloureuses\u2026 C\u2019est aussi le fait de ne pouvoir dire pardon \u00e0 quelqu\u2019un. Or les mots tus\u2026 tuent !<\/p>\n<p>Notre 2\u00e8me r\u00e9flexe est de faire taire le trouble en l\u2019assommant \u00e0 coup de m\u00e9dicaments \u00ab anti-douleur \u00bb. Mais le probl\u00e8me r\u00e9side dans le mot \u00ab anti \u00bb. Nous ne faisons ainsi qu\u2019endormir le sympt\u00f4me, sans traiter la cause qui va continuer son cheminement int\u00e9rieur, soit en amplifiant encore le <strong>message douleur<\/strong>, soit en le diversifiant, voire les deux \u00e0 la fois. Or toute forme d\u2019immobilisation, de mise en sommeil artificiel comme l\u2019inhibition, le d\u00e9ni, l\u2019anesth\u00e9sie, l\u2019antidouleur, est une \u00ab stagnation \u00bb en <strong>m\u00e9decine sino-japonaise<\/strong> qui est t\u00f4t ou tard source d\u2019inflammation.<\/p>\n<p>On y rem\u00e9die en accueillant d\u00e9j\u00e0 le message, en le regardant en face sans l\u2019\u00e9luder.
