On trouve malheureusement aussi des additifs (\u00e9mulsifiants, colorants, exhausteurs de go\u00fbt, ar\u00f4mes, conservateurs ).<\/p>\n<p>Dans notre organisme, le gras existe sous deux formes diff\u00e9rentes : les triglyc\u00e9rides (une mol\u00e9cule de glyc\u00e9rol et 3 acides gras) et les phospholipides (un acide phosphorique et 2 acides gras).<\/p>\n<p>Les <strong>triglyc\u00e9rides<\/strong> repr\u00e9sentent la forme de stockage du gras dans les tissus adipeux. Le gras est stock\u00e9 pour servir en cas de besoin \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, en fonction de diff\u00e9rents facteurs, comme certaines hormones (une exposition prolong\u00e9e au cortisol : l&rsquo;hormone du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.medoucine.com\/maux-troubles\/stress-anxiete-phobies\">stress<\/a>, ou bien un d\u00e9ficit en oestrog\u00e8nes, par exemple).<\/p>\n<p>Lors de leur transport dans les art\u00e8res, ce sont les triglyc\u00e9rides qui cr\u00e9ent des bouchons. Au-del\u00e0 d&rsquo;une quantit\u00e9 de base utile pour soutenir les organes et assurer une r\u00e9serve d\u00e9cente en cas de besoin, les acides gras des triglyc\u00e9rides sont sans int\u00e9r\u00eat, voire nocifs.<\/p>\n<p>Les<strong> phospholipides<\/strong>, eux, constituent toute la membrane de nos cellules, leur permettant ainsi de communiquer avec leur milieu et entre elles. Ils sont donc indispensables \u00e0 notre fonctionnement. Or, la qualit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un phospholipide d\u00e9pend de la qualit\u00e9 des deux acides gras qui le composent. Plus les acides gras sont insatur\u00e9s, plus ils sont fluides.<\/p>\n<p>En effet, <strong>un acide gras trans<\/strong> (non-reconnu par l&rsquo;organisme) ou <strong>satur\u00e9 <\/strong>restera fig\u00e9 et dur, et l&rsquo;information passera moins facilement que si l&rsquo;acide gras est mono-insatur\u00e9 (comme les Om\u00e9ga 9), ou polyinsatur\u00e9 (comme les Om\u00e9ga 6 et les Om\u00e9ga 3). Par exemple, avec beaucoup d&rsquo;Omega 3, la peau sera plus souple, plus \u00e9lastique, le syst\u00e8me nerveux sera plus performant et r\u00e9sistant au stress.
